I am interested in the problematics of the professional career of the experienced school headmasters who have been at their work position for more than 10 years in my final bachalor's thesis. I am concerned about headmasters from different types of schools, with different number of pupils and students as well as different region of work. The goal was to create the file of the most often occurance of motivation factors and of inspirational sources of that target group. My work is based on all involved conditions, in which these people perform their job. It comes out the requests, which are laid on them and out of expectation which is closely connected to this sort of demanding job. The work reveals the most common motivational factors and inspirational sources of experienced headmasters through the qualitative empirical research and through the oriented method of life history. Furthermore it releases them in the particular context. At the same time it brings the knowledge about the importance of motivational factors and inspiration from the perspective of headmasters of schools themselves. KEYWORDS: an experienced headmaster, careers, motivation, motivational factors, the source of inspiration, a different angle of view

Čihánková, Ivana ; Šturma, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Štětovská, Iva (referee)
The subject of this dissertation is the course of religious conversion and the process of decision-making when converts decide which church they want to join. The theoretical part of the dissertation describes three models of conversion process which are based on psychological research works. Further it deals with a church as a large group and a small group because relationships with other believers (which fulfil the person's need to belong to a group of people) are one of important factors which could persuade a convert to join a church. At the end of the theoretical part there are stated the results concerning the number of believers and members of Christian churches from the census held in the Czech Republic, and there is also described a specific relation of the Czech society to Christian churches. Bělohradská, Michaela ; Sedláčková, Markéta (advisor) ; Sládek, Jan (referee)
In order to better understand the usage of peer-to-peer accommodation, the thesis examines factors of satisfaction with and repeated use of this accommodation option. An additional research purpose of this thesis is to explore, what factors are affecting the attitude of users of peer-to-peer accommodation to the sharing economy. Research sample (N = 129) is constituted of users of Couchsurfing who were specified into next stratified systematic selection on the basis of their availability through search engine of hosts, their residence in Prague, Czech language and activity on their user profile within the last six months. On the basis of the relevant theoretical framework a questionnaire and research model were created. Consequent analysis of data from a quantitative online survey was conducted using regression analysis. The results reveal that the perceived environmental frugality contributes most to the probability of the re- use of peer-to-peer accommodation, and it is also influential in context of attitude. The findings also refer to the environmental frugality, joy of helping others, and economic savings as factors positively influencing users' satisfaction with peer-to-peer accommodation.

Title: The attitude of the Generation Z to the "indoorization of outdoor sports" Objectives: The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to clarify the attitude of the generation Z to the growing offer of outdoor sports in artificial, safe, and controlled conditions. Clarification of attitudes would lead to a better understanding of the wishes and preferences of the various participants belonging to the generation Z. Methods: The thesis uses the method of quantitative research, namely electronic questioning, which aims to determine the attitudes and motivation of at least 150 respondents, belonging to the Z generation. The set of respondents was thus determined by a partially influenced selection. Results: The result of the thesis can generally be formulated so that generation Z has a positive attitude to the indoorization of outdoor (lifestyle) sports. Generation Z appreciates the characteristics of both the indoor world and the natural environment. However, we can observe the tendency to prioritize indoor centres mainly on the basis of practical reasons, such as time and distance availability, better training efficiency, or the possibility of sports all year round, even in bad weather. The results showed that the respondents representing the generation Z are more active in an indoor environment in...

Cicák, Filip ; Kordulová, Pavla (advisor) ; Kulhavá, Miluše (referee)
Introduction: The properties of human blood are so specific that it has not yet been possible to replace human blood with any other fluid than obtaining it as a blood gift from donors. In recent years, there has not been a sufficient number of new blood donors in the Czech Republic to compensate for the decrease in the number of donors due to the increasing incidence of a number of civilization diseases and age (Czech Red Cross, 2020). Blood donation and the need for blood products are constantly increasing with the development of the methods of treatment and medicine as a science. Ensuring a sufficient number of blood donors and sufficient deposition of blood obtained from donors is a permanent task of healthcare (Society for Transfusion Medicine of the Czech Medical Association JEP, 2019). Aim of the work: The main goal of the research was to map the issue of blood donation, to identify the factors by which blood donors are motivated to donate. Furthermore, what can cause stagnation in the growth of blood donors and what means doctors motivate potential blood donors. Methodology: A qualitative research method was chosen for the research survey. Data collection took place in the form of semi-structured interviews and was completed by achieving theoretical data saturation. In order to preserve...
